How to Read Tarot Cards and Reading Symbols

The 22 Major Arcana cards of traditional tarot represent a symbolic framework depicting the growth journey of the human soul. The 3-card spread, which arranges three cards in the order of past, present, and future, is a representative layout method that provides the causal relationships and answers to your current concerns most quickly and intuitively.

The Upright position of a card signifies that energy is flowing naturally, while the Reversed position serves as a warning of obsession, excess, or obstacles and delays regarding that energy. Rather than accepting the card's message as a negative prophecy, using it as an opportunity for subjective reflection to reexamine the flow of your thoughts makes it the greatest compass for life.
